From Jo: So when 10 miles at 10 minute mileing is a little to much there is only one either thing to do - walk to meet them half way (sort of)!! Thanks Lesley Nesbitt for a route that enabled us to do this. Thanks Da Riush Broniszewski & Rachael Jones for the company for the first half & to everyone else on the second half. Special thanks to my amazing husband Triss Samuel for the biscuits, sweets & drinks on route.

From Ashley: Christmas Eve trail run today, with Gareth, Andy, Magdalena and Leigh. Plenty of Mud, puddles and… blood? Gareth’s shoes are well and truly christened.
